Savitribai Phule Pune University tells colleges to follow UGC order on full fees' refund

Senior colleges will have to return full fees to students if they cancel admissions before October 31, Savitribai Phule Pune University has instructed all its affiliated colleges following a notification by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
