DB allows JKSSB to proceed with selection process for JEs and JKPSI posts

Day after Single Bench's verdict to set-aside and cancel all the examinations being conducted through a contract awarded to a previously blacklisted and tainted company by the J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB), a Division Bench (DB) of J&K High Court allowed the recruiting agency (JKSSB) to proceed with the selection process but the court restrained the said agency from declaring the results till further orders.
